Theory of Evolution : My Version

Standard

Image

We all know about the THEORY OF EVOLUTION by Charles Darwin. But this MY version. We evolved from homo-sapiens to something sapiens to something sapiens to man. We have reached the extent of evolution. THE extent. We couldn’t evolve more. We now know EVERYTHING. After some 20 decades or so, electricity would be endangered AND it would become extinct. Because of no electricity , other natural resources would flourish ( like water, air etc..) Petrol and diesel which is used to run the world would become more and and more scarce. Petrol and diesel rates will increase and can go up to as high as a gold rates . THEN WHAT WOULD HAPPEN ? As the poor among us couldn’t afford petrol and diesel they would start using cycles( which is a healthier means of transport , by the way ). We already started wearing dresses The Old Style which was used in 1970 s or so. Now the latest trend is to go the old trend. WHY ?doYOU NOTICE A CHANGE ? A PATTERN ? WE knowingly or unknowingly end up following our old traditions, customs and beliefs. so We go back. We have reached the end of our road . We have evolved as much as possible. We couldn’t  evolve more. So we go back in our road . So my theory is that as we have reached the extent of civilization, we go back following our old traditions in the 1900 s. That age . No electricity . No pollution. The Golden Age. and then we will further evolve back to 1800 s . Where kings and queens occupied our land . and then we slowly evolve back and back and back and back until we finally reached the Stone age in the form of monkeys. like how we first appeared on the earth. AND then we disappear from this world completly leaving this world to animals and god.

Google nexus 5 : Pros and Cons

Standard

ImageImage

Looking forward to buy a good mobile for keeps ? Is it  NEXUS 5 ? then here’s the pros and cons of Google Nexus 5 –

Pros

Price — The Nexus 5 starts at $349 for the 16-GB model and asks only $50 more for the 32-GB model. It is sold unlocked and without a carrier contract. If you want an unlocked 16-GB iPhone 5s (or Galaxy S4, or HTC One), you’ll need to cough up about $650 — almost twice as much. The Nexus 5 is probably the best value-for-the-dollar smartphone available today. Because it is sold unlocked, it can be used with just about any carrier you choose.

Display — The Nexus 5’s screen measures 5 inches across the diagonal and has 1920 x 1080 pixels. This is the sweet spot between too small and too big. Devices with screens that measure between 4.3 and 4.7 inches often feel slightly cramped. Devices with screens that measure 5.2 to 6.3 inches become cumbersome. Further, the Nexus 5’s screen loses the odd aspect ratio of the Nexus 4 and jumps to the standard 16:9 ratio. This means it conforms better to HD content

Snapdragon 800 — Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 is a quad-core monster. Each core is rated at 2.3 GHz, and the chip is paired with an Adreno 330 GPU at 450 MHz. This chip combo gives the Nexus 5 plenty of power to handle whatever 3-D games you might throw at it, while only sipping power instead of slurping it.

Stock Android — The chief benefit of Google’s Nexus-branded gear is that it always gets the newest version of Android first. To wit, the Nexus 5 ships with Android 4.4 KitKat. However, the Nexus 4, 7 and 10 will all be updated to Android 4.4 in the coming weeks. Access to the latest version of Android is key for developers and fun for consumers, who get to try out the new features before most other Android phones get them.

Cons

Design — Nexus devices have always been rather conservative in the design department, and the Nexus 5 is no different. It maintains the general shape that’s come to be associated with Nexus handsets, but doesn’t offer any interesting features or design characteristics. It’s a fairly boring handset to behold.

Availability — Last year’s Nexus 4 was a hot ticket item, and the Nexus 5 is following right in the N4’s footsteps. Google made the Nexus 5 available in the Google Play Store Thursday, and the 16-GB models are already sold out. The 32-GB models have shipping times of two to three weeks. If you want a Nexus 5, be prepared to wait for it.

Expandability — The Nexus 5 comes with either 16 GB or 32 GB of storage built in. It does not include a slot for microSD memory cards. That’s a shame, but not unexpected. It means HD video lovers will need to more closely manage how much content they store on the device.

No Verizon — For whatever reason, the Nexus 5 is not compatible with Verizon’s network. The version being sold by Google is compatible with the networks run by AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile in the U.S. The device can also be purchased directly from Sprint or T-Mobile (though with a contract required). There’s no word from either Google or Verizon on why the nation’s largest carrier is skipping the Nexus 5.

Unknowns

Camera — Google says it improved the camera on the Nexus 5, but it said the same thing about the Moto X’s supposed good camera. Its track record with cameras isn’t that great. The Nexus 4’s chief weakness is its camera. The Moto X, made by Google, also has a weak camera. Let’s hope the optical image stabilization, wider lens opening and HDR feature make real-world improvements on the Nexus 5.

Battery — Another Nexus weakness has been battery life. The Nexus 4 has abysmal battery life. The Nexus 5 has a sealed 2,300-mAh battery inside. It says the phone offers 17 hours of talk time, 8.5 hours of Wi-Fi Internet time and 7 hours of LTE Internet time. This is another feature that will need real-world testing to confirm.

Go on buying the nexus 5 . But if the shop keeper tries to cheat you , you will know !

Epiphany in the Cacophony

Image

We are now descending into Bangalore International Airport, temperature 20 degrees, clear skies.

Music to my ears. I step out of the plane and watch as the crowd rushes to claim their baggage. Each one trying to catch up with the person ahead of them. I join them in their little race. l look at the transparent door ahead of me, the only thing separating you and me now. Miles and miles now reduced to a few metres and a transparent door. I realise how much I’ve missed you. That I crave you like a bird craves the sky, like the morning craves the sun, like the taxi drivers outside crave a confused tourist.

I get my bags and step out of the door. You hug me, the familiar, cool breeze gathering me in its arms instantly. I can tell you’ve been waiting for me. It has been too long.

How many of you know that today is the World Sparrow Day ?

Aside

ImageI

So cute, isn’t it ? uh-oh ! not so cute if it is being caged. Don’t worry, I am NOT changing into a animal conservationist. So, I start by asking you this question : How many of you know that today is the World Sparrow Day ? How many of you really care ? You might be going “so what” ? If you keep a bowl of water in your balcony today , your day has been a worth wile one. Not just today , continue that habit everyday , and god shall bless you ( at least, some crows and other birds out there will ) . By doing so , you will save many birds which just DIE because of THIRST. Its going too dramatic, isn’t it ? Lets spice it up with some facts . So here goes –

World Sparrow Day

World Sparrow Day is a day designated to raise awareness of the house sparrows and other common birds to urban environments, and of threats to their populations, observed on 20 March. It is an international initiative by the Nature Forever Society of India in collaboration with the Eco-System Action Foundation (France) and numerous other national and international organisations across the world.
World Sparrow Day also has a broader vision to provide a platform where people who are working on the conservation of the House Sparrow and other common birds can network, collaborate and exchange conservation ideas which will lead to better science and improved results. It aims to provide a meeting ground for people from different parts of the world to come together and form a force that can play an important role in advocacy and in spreading the awareness on the need of conserving common biodiversity or species of lower conservation status.
